Below are sample disclosures meant to comply with the  Federal Reserve Board’s Final Rules dealing with Loan Originator  Compensation and Steering. Although there is no requirement that the disclosure be provided and although there is no prescribed form of disclosure, we recommend that our Mortgage Broker clients  provide such a disclosure.
